General Fund: All contributions given to WFPC are used to support the ministries, missions, staff, facility and outreach programs of WFPC. Each year WFPC collects monetary pledges through a managed generosity campaign to support the work of the church at large. The Session submits a recommended annual budget to the congregation at the Annual Meeting for approval. Unless otherwise designated, offerings made to WFPC are placed in the General Operating Account to meet the budget needs.
Gifts to WFPC go beyond the walls of our church and reach into the lives of those in our local community and around the world to help with disaster relief, hunger, and poverty. Making an annual financial pledge and fulfilling that pledge to WFPC enables us to fund through the ministry and mission of WFPC so that we may grow in our relationships to God and others.
Debt Elimination Fund: By paying off existing mortgage debt, WFPC can further enhance our discipleship, mission and outreach, and fellowship offerings Just think how much more we could do to be God’s hands and feet with that amount at our disposal. Contributions to the Debt Elimination Fund should be over and above the commitment your annual to the General Fund. A small sacrifice will allow us to experience the freedom of being free from this mortgage and grow further into our church’s mission. Please prayerfully consider what you can commit to over the next three years by completing your pledge
