Annual Golf Outing

golfoutingsmallCome out and enjoy some golf and fellowship at WFPC’s annual Mission and Outreach Golf Tournament.  All proceeds from this tournament will go toward supporting the mission ministries of WFPC, as well as any non-budgeted opportunities that may come our way. So, we need lots of golfers and sponsors! This is a great opportunity to invite your friends, family, neighbors, and coworkers to come and see what we do to support our local community and beyond.

Sign-up sheets are available at church, or you can contact the tournament coordinators below to get on the list or sign up a team.  There will be prizes and, of course, our traditional end-of-golf dinner prepared by our own chefs:  Larry and Robin Roper.  If you don’t golf, please consider a hole sponsorship. All checks should be made out to “WFPC” with “M&O Golf Outing” on the memo line.

Women's Ministry

womensministrysmallThe mission of the Women's Ministry Team is to promote Fellowship, Spiritual Growth, and Outreach. Responding to God's call in our lives, the women of WFPC will seek to nurture Christ-like relationships and support each other to grow in discipleship while sharing Christ's Church with our members, our community, and our world. Our team plans various events throughout the year to encourage our mission and to serve as a valuable resource for the women of our congregation. Gatherings have included a summer "Lemonade" and "Vintage Christmas". Click the links below for information on upcoming events. If you have a calling to serve the women of WFPC, we are always looking for new team members. Please email the Women's Ministry Team with any questions, concerns, or suggestions.

Koinonia Supper Groups

Koinonia (Koi-no-ni-a) Supper Groups are simply a time for fellowship with other Christians. What could be more fun? This is a great opportunity to get to know members of the congregation and to share good food and good conversation. A group is typically eight people and meets in a host's home. There is only a one time commitment but most groups enjoy meeting again over the next several months.
